- Simply request an ExpressMap when you open your title order. Your ExpressMap may be requested at the same time because both are handled by First American so there is no need for separate arrangements to address our underwriting criteria.
- ExpressMap specialists, including licensed land surveyors, do the analysis so local review by a title officer is not necessary.
- Time delays and expenses associated with answering map and survey questions that arise in the local title offices are eliminated.
- And you no longer incur costs to make small revisions requested by the title office. There may however be additional charges for large revisions after the initial price quote.
