First American National Default Title Services offers a centrally-produced foreclosure title report for utilization in nationwide foreclosures. Title information is formatted into a standardized, Foreclosure Information Report (FIR) and includes specific assumptions of liability (usually the cost of re-foreclosure and per diem interest). 

The FIR provides pertinent information of public record necessary to conduct a valid foreclosure, including bankruptcy and property tax information. The order, tracking, and delivery process of the FIR is streamlined via state-of-the-art technology to assist in expediting the foreclosure process.

The FIR and copies of supporting documents of record are provided via electronic delivery. Additionally, the FIR and supporting documents are stored on WebTrack, our web-based technology platform and may be viewed, downloaded and printed with a login and password access.
